When you create an account, we collect your email address and the information you choose to enter about your child, including behaviour logs, mood records, and notes. This information is stored securely in Firebase and is only accessible to you.
How We Use Your Information
- To provide the tracking, insights, and analysis features of the app
- To send transactional emails such as account verification
- To improve the app based on anonymised usage patterns
Children's Privacy
ParentPilot is used by parents to track information about their children. We do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children. All data entered about a child is entered by the parent or guardian and is subject to their consent.
Data Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. We use Firebase (Google) for authentication and data storage. Google's privacy policy applies to data processed through Firebase.
Data Security
Your data is stored securely using Firebase with industry-standard encryption. Access is restricted to your account only. We use secure HTTPS connections for all data transmission.
Data Deletion
You can delete your account and all associated data at any time from within the app settings. Upon deletion, all your data is permanently removed from our systems.
